As we begin promoting our services and looking for what others are offering, we finds that lots of new websites are showing the works that are cannot be proved to be their work. And to top it sometimes we see that the website that they promote as their work (in their portfolio) actually displays other service providers (website designer/website developer). At that point we feel cheated in the competition for the genuine work and effort and the concept is thought upon.
Sometime we feel/see that the work is being promoted by designers/developers/firms who are not authorized to have them promoted under their portfolio/works. Like when website is not mentioning who created, developed, designed or promoted it. It get preyed by the website service providers (probably new ones) as they feel safe of showing them off in their portfolio.
Website managers
The new concept website/portal will be setup as Website Managers, where we would like website professionals to add their work one by one (we'll not be hosting the portfolios) the listing will be website/domain wise (not service provider wise) where we can monitor the service providers/website managers who are taking the claim of working over the website(s) informing people associated with it about such claims (letting them know of such claims) so that the effort and work done by the genuine professional is not claimed by unauthorised person/firms.Please do tell us what you think about the concept?
